1:1 Coaching, Consultation & Thought-Partnership

Leveraging her experience supporting staff and developing system-wide approaches to SEL, Lindsey conducts coaching sessions focused on the authentic integration of holistic approaches at the classroom, school, and system levels. Working with school leaders, central office staff, school culture teams, and individual educators, Lindsey aims to gather information about the specific context and then co-construct action steps that address the identified needs. Former coaching has focused on topics such as: supporting staff well-being, integrating SEL in academic practices, systematizing an approach to school culture, collecting student and staff voice data, and clarifying school mission and vision to best reflect a holistic approach.

Systems-Level Support

Working with school or district based teams, Lindsey supports various phases of strategic planning and implementation of a cohesive and comprehensive approach to holistic student support. From teams just starting to explore ideas related to social-emotional learning to schools with a proven track-record in this area, she assesses current needs and co-constructs a process for learning, planning, and taking action. Lindsey has supported teams in drafting school values, revamping approaches to student behavior, supporting staff social-emotional development, and more.

Using an engaging and interactive approach, Lindsey facilitates sessions which incorporate relevant content & the latest research. She provides tangible takeaways as well as opportunities for group processing and individual reflection. Each session, or series of sessions, is adapted to ensure content, case studies, and suggested strategies resonate with the intended audience. Sessions are typically 90-120 minutes and work best with groups of 8 or more. Sessions can be delivered individually or as a series of learning opportunities, with the option for coaching/consultation in-between sessions. Sample sessions include:
